Product introdution:
This series of laser welding machines produced by our company is a special model specially tailored for the mold industry by our company. This machine is specially used to replace the traditional argon welding machine for product welding.The key components of the machine are all imported products from abroad. The software operation interface adopts a large-screen LCD screen to display the full Chinese interface. The interface is simple and clear, and the operator is easy to learn and use. Multiple pre-storage operation modes, self-programming, permanent memory function, applicable to various materials.The heat-affected zone is small and will not cause deformation of precision molds. The welding depth is large and the welding is firm. Fully melted, leaving no traces of repair. There is no depression in the joint between the convex part of the molten material in the bath and the substrate.

- After welding, the workpiece can reach 50~60 Rockwell hardness
